2024-2025 Wellness Plan
A Local School Wellness Policy (LWP) is a written policy that guides the efforts of a local education agency to create a school environment that promotes students' health, well-being, and ability to learn. Each local education agency operating the National School Lunch Program and/or School Breakfast Program are required to develop and implement a Local Wellness Policy.
The North Harrison R-III School District holds a Wellness Committee meeting each semester, and membership is open to anyone in our district or community.
