New Hampton, MO: Philip Lee McChesney, 53, New Hampton, MO passed away Sunday, January 2, 2022 at a St. Joseph, MO hospital.
He was born on June 2, 1968 in Mt. Ayr, Iowa the son of Merlin Scott and Lois Lavine (Geyer) McChesney. They preceded him in death.
Philip was a member of New Hampton Christian Church and did missionary work with the Lord’s Warehouse.
He was also preceded in death by an infant brother, Junior and sister-in-law, Julie McChesney.
Philip is survived by his sister, Marilyn Kohler, Bethany, MO and brother, Dale McChesney, Independence, MO and nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, January 7 at Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany, MO. Burial will follow in Payne Cemetery, Hatfield, MO. There is no scheduled family visitation.
