Mildred (Richardson) Rinehart Obituary
Mildred (Richardson) Rinehart was born December 2, 1916 at Blythedale, Missouri to Clair and Olga (Smith) Richardson. Mildred had four brothers: Marvin, Robert, Floyd and Jack. Mildred was 16 years old when Jack was born.
Mildred went to Lone Star Country School her first 8 years and then to Eagleville High School for 4 years graduating in 1935.
On September 27, 1940 she was married to Lawrence Rinehart to this union was born two sons: Larry Bob and Ronnie Roe.
She attended Otterbein Church growing up and until Lawrence died. She was baptized at age 15—she later changed her membership to the Assembly of God in Bethany.
After the boys were grown and gone from home, she worked for Butler’s Grocery Store in Eagleville for 3 years. She then had a chance to work at North Harrison Elementary School as a teacher’s aide and worked there for 30 years retiring when she was 80 years old.
Mildred enjoyed embroidery work, mostly pillow cases, all of her kids,grandkids and great grandkids have a pair of her work.
Mildred was preceded in death by her husband: Lawrence; Parents: Clair and Olga Richardson; Brothers, Marvin, Floyd and Robert.
Mildred is survived by her sons: Larry Bob and wife Peggy of Fort Worth, TX; Ronnie and wife Wanda of Fort Worth, TX; Brother: Jack and wife Colleen Richardson of Eagleville; 8 grandchildren; 4 step grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
Services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday at the Christian Church of Eagleville with burial at the Masonic Cemetery of Eagleville. Family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to service time at the church. Memorial gifts may be made to the Masonic Cemetery or Harrison County Hospice in care of the funeral home.
